Anna Hayes has spent nearly two decades in the beauty industry. She opened her first clinic at just nineteen and went on to build Skinvae, one of New Zealand’s most recognised skin clinics. Along the way she has trained and developed therapists, cosmetic tattoo artists and business owners who have gone on to build thriving careers and clinics of their own.

While Anna still trains cosmetic tattoo artists, the heart of the academy is no longer just the treatment itself.
